The raw material of Aluminum Fin Stock for air-conditioner is aluminum alloy, usually it’s alloy 3000 series. The aluminum fin stock is an integral part for heat exchangers, such as aluminum fins for radiator, fin stock for air-conditioner. Beside the finished aluminum fin stock, we can provide the brazing strip for fin stock.

How to choose the shape, spacing, height and thickness of the fin? It according to the working environment conditions of the cold plate.

Flat fins	Triangular, rectangular fins are conducive to the strengthening of heat transfer due to their small equivalent diameter
Porous fins	Rely on the turbulent flow in the hole area to improve the heat transfer coefficient.
Serrated fins	The heat transfer capacity is greatly increased by the superposition of laminar flow boundary layers.
Wavy fins	Enhance the heat transfer by using the secondary flow of coolant formed by its wave-shaped channels.
