The battery work generates excess heat, which is transferred through the contact between the battery or module and the surface of the plate aluminum device, and finally taken away by the coolant passing through the internal flow channel of the device, and this plate aluminum device is the liquid cooling plate.

Q: What method of processing technology?

A: We have brazing line, stamping line, extrusion line, and roll boned process line. Also CNC centre is available.

A: Yes, we can! We have a strong and experienced design team. Flow path design, thermal simulation, mechanical simulation and design optimation are support. Kindly share with us your detail project, we'd love to do DFM for you.

Q: How fast you can make prototype?

Q1: What size do you have?

---- We have extrusion size suit for 1865 cell, 2170 cell, 327 cell, 4680 big cell.

Q2: What is application for your cooling tube/plate?

---- Our cooling plate/tube can be widely used for EV or ESS battery cooling. It also can be applied to passenger car, heavy duty trucks, lorry, wagon, off road vehicle, bus, Van...and many types.

Q3: Can you do design?

----Yes, we have an R&D department. We can do design finalization, we can do flow and heat simulation. If you want Trumony to do design for you, feel free to let us know.

Q4: Can you provide samples?

---- Our products are customized and under NDA confidential. So we can not ship our ready parts to you for sample test. But we can do proto samples very quickly.
For cylindrical cells cooling, we have many extrusion size tube. For prismatic cells cooling, we have CNC center to make proto sample without mold tooling.

Q5: How long will it take for prototype?

---- Normal lead time will be about 4~6wks for proto sample.
